How to overcome fear - FFF method

How to overcome Fear – FFF method
Is this video going to vanish your fear? Yes or No. I don’t know. One thing I assure you that it will give you the awareness to face. It would infuse confidence fire in you.
What is my understanding about fear?
How can we handle it better?
It was a mountain area. You could casually watch wild animals roaming, roaring and chasing. One fine night, there was a group of tribe lighted fire without smoke for cooking. Suddenly, a person named anbu shouted at the group to rush. Others got confused and looked where anbu pointed. There was a massive elephant running towards them. They didn’t know what to do and couldn’t escape. Everybody was frozen.
The massive cum aggressive elephant came near to the tribe like a lightning. Somehow, veeran, one of the members, shot the elephant in its forehead by using his gun. Another bullet immersed into the side head of that magnificent creature. It fell down with a huge roar that the entire forest got vibrated. Everybody confirmed its death and went near it. They were shocked. The elephant didn’t have trunks and tusks. Its mouth was filled with a large amount of blood.  They realized that somebody in the forest must have done this, for their business purpose. The elephant’s body was already filled with around 75 bullets. It ran towards that place for its last breath. They couldn’t see an elephant in that state.
I see ‘our problems’ as like that elephant with 75 bullets without trunks and tusks. We would be ‘afraid’ of its massive size and shape. First stage, we try to escape. Flight mode. Second stage, we don’t move anywhere, Freeze mode. Third and Final stage, we take action by using our limited resources and unlimited faith and confidence. Fight mode. Most of the time, the real problem won’t be as strong and massive as it looks like.
If we start seeing the problem as something weak and manageable, everything will fall in place or at least we can handle it better.
How many of you have remembered the events those you were afraid of? Which stage were you in? Flight mode / freeze mode / fight mode?
Is it possible for you to handle your fear confidently at least from now onward?
Take some time. It may be a small or big incident. I want you to handle it and share your comments. Your comments will move somebody else’s life. Your comments will give them the power of positivism to face their fear. So, comment.
